Look up immediate children of a Geography region

GET 
/geographies/region-types/:geographyType/regions/:id/immediate-children

This method allows the consumer to retrieve the target Geography's immediate child regions. Some geography regions may not have counties and therefore the immediate children of subnational regions will be cities.
